Our Youth Performance Training provides a FUN way to improve balance, speed, quickness, strength, and confidence. Lots of healthy activity in a safe and motivating environment!
All levels are welcome. Ages 12-15.
Session begins October 27th runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30-4:15 pm through November 19, 2015. $96 for session. Must be signed up before first session!
