Youth Performance Training Begins October 27th
Are you looking for your child to cross train for their sport? Or do you simply see the importance of kids fitness programming? Our Youth Performance Training provides a FUN way to improve balance, speed, quickness, strength, and confidence. Lots of healthy activity in a safe and motivating environment!
All levels are welcome. Ages 12-15.
Session begins October 27th runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30-4:15 pm through November 19, 2015. $96 for session. Must be signed up before first session!
